Encantador apartamento con un diseño que ha sabido fusionar la estructura original del edificio, con un estilo muy moderno. Es un piso muy luminoso donde entra mucha luz, y es fresco en verano y muy cálido en invierno, por los gruesos muros de la edificación original. Con acceso a la azotea para disfrutar de una terraza-solarium.
Muy bien localizado, en una zona con muchas tiendas, cafeterías, restaurantes..., y muy bien ubicado para moverte a cualquier parte de Madrid.
Dispondrías de estaciones de buses y de metro a tres minutos caminando.
Hay una lavandería abajo donde puedes hacer la colada si lo necesitases.
