This quiet and modern furnished one bedroom apartment for rent is absolutely ideal for anyone who would prefer to live on Calle Claudio Coello, in the luxurious district of Salamanca. All rooms are furnished with elegant furniture to guarantee you have a comfortable stay in Madrid. The apartment features a bedroom with a single bed, plenty of storage in both, living room and kitchen and a cosy bathroom with a fantastic shower. You will be located close to several metro stations, allowing you to have easy access to the city centre. The area of the apartment is 50m2. The surrounding area has plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants that are just waiting for you to discover their delicious tapas and Sangria!
What we liked the most
- The apartment features a very much needed function during the summer - air conditioning!
- You will be able to dry your clothes in the dryer - no more struggles with hanging up your laundry.
- Overall, the apartment is quite spacious, featuring everything you might need to have a comfortable life in Madrid.
- We really like the bathroom - it features a heating unit for your towels, a large mirror and a shower with a rainfall effect.
- Every furniture in the apartment is modern and elegant, featuring plenty of storage for all your belongings.
- This is an interior apartment, so you will be able to catch a good night's sleep without being bothered by any of the street noise.
Things to keep in mind
- You won't have access to a wardrobe in the bedroom, however, there is a large wardrobe in the living area.
