Beautiful 4-bedroom villa for rent on Av. Arroyo de Trofas.
The property is surrounded by large garden of 1000m2 with a private illuminated swimming pool, a outdoor bar with fridge and running water and a covered barbecue. The garden inculdes beautiful vegetation and stands out for its landscaping.
Inside you will find a comfortable French style living room with an avant-garde decoration, crystal chandeliers, ancient furniture and a bright winter garden is the guests' entrance.
The French country style kitchen is decorated with beautiful sideboards and a large double fridge, breaking with the usual rules of this type of spaces, and communicates directly with the huge living room that includes a large sofa bed from where you can see much of the garden.
On on the same ground floor we find a complete bathroom and a laundry room with all appliances necessary for daily hygiene (washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, drying rack, etc.).
On the last floor, you will find four spacious bedrooms (two of them include double bes, one includes two single beds and one includes four single beds), always adapting to the guests' needs.
The master bedroom (Bedroom 1) includes its ensuite bathroom and a whirlpool bathtub and a spacious double bed of 2mx 2m, overlooking the garden and the swimming pool
