The apartment renovated is located a few stops from away downtown, metro line 1 (blue), with stops at Sol and Gran Via, Cercanías train in Mendez Alvaro, day and night bus lines, bicycles and scooters for rent, very well connected and with multiple areas for shopping on Avenida Albufera very close, as well as supermarket and pharmacy always available, ambulatory, gyms, entertainment areas, bars, cafes and various fast food franchises, you also have nearby green areas such as Gregorio Marañón park and the hill of Uncle Pio with views of southern Madrid.
