Se trata de un amplio piso perfecto para estudiantes y jóvenes profesionales, totalmente amueblado muy cerca al intercambiador de Avenida de América.
Es un apartamento de dos habitaciones, un baños, salón amplio y cocina completamente equipada e independiente con cocina, horno, microondas, vajilla, una lavadora. Las habitaciones cuentan con armarios, mesas de estudio con lámpara, juego de sábanas y toallas.
Está localizado en el barrio de Prosperidad al lado del Parque de Berlín y enfrente del Centro Deportivo Municipal Pradillo. También tiene a escasos metros encontrarás diferentes comercios de interés como Mercadona, Basic Fit (gimnasio) y variedad de restaurantes. La parada de metro más cercana es la de Cartagena (línea 7) y está localizada a unos 600 metros aproximadamente.
