It has one bedroom and in another room there is a double sofa bed, and it has also a table with chairs that could be used as plain dining room or as a second bedroom.
It is very open, bright and sunny, with wide dimensions, in the groundfloor with two big windows to San Cosme street. It has also a small courtyard with plants and the lave-linge
