Living in Salamanca district (Guindalera neighborhood) is a privilege as it’s a residential area, with shops, green zones, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself has been COMPLETELY RENOVATED, is decorated with care, is in a modest building located in a cute street, and has good natural light as is a TOP FLOOR. Although the apartment is small, as ceilings are higher to standard, it feels spacious. It is very well connected by public transport; minutes' walk from metro stations "Manuel Becerra", “Diego de Leon” and “Ventas”, minutes' walk from several bus lines and BiciMAD points. Only for non-smokers!!

Apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room with dining area and kitchen. Natural and sustainable decoration, creating a cozy atmosphere by using materials as bamboo, wicker, wood, cork, linen, cotton .... Its 40 m2 have a good distribution to make the rest/leisure area independent of the bedrooms. All rooms (including the bathroom) have a window to patios. The bedrooms have a bed (90x190 cm), a bedside table, a desk, and a big wardrobe. The bathroom is modern, has a shower, sink and window to a patio. The living room has a two-seat sofa, a reading chair with good lighting, a smart-TV and a dining table for two. The kitchen is fully equipped; it has microwave, oven, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine/drier, refrigerator/freezer, iron, crockery, cutlery, mugs, bowls, glasses, etc ...
What we liked the most
The natural light of the apartment, its attractive decoration, how well equipped the kitchen is, having 2 big wardrobes for storage, having 5 windows, the location and how easily it is to connect by public transport.
