Cuenta con TV de gran tamaño, internet de alta velocidad y una cocina completa con horno, microondas, lavavajillas y zona de lavadero independiente con lavadora-secadora. El baño está reformado y el apartamento dispone además de una terraza amueblada con mesa y sillas de exterior. Las fotos y el vídeo hablan por sí solos.
Ubicación privilegiada: justo frente a la parada de metro Barrio de la Concepción (estación de metro), línea siete. Desde allí se tarda aproximadamente veinte minutos en metro hasta Puerta del Sol.  Asimismo, el aeropuerto está a unos diez minutos en coche.
