In the very center of Madrid, this sunny and large Minimalistic Loft (Three meter high ceiling, industrial design) is perfect for a couple with even a kid. Little furniture is provided to let tenants arrange the space as they want. The property includes microwave, blender and video surveillance.
The neighborhood is full of shops, restaurants around. We ask for calm & respectful people. No party is allowed in the property. The flat must be rented for SIX OR TWELVE MONTH period (July August included), for example, first of September to end of February, or first of March to end of August.
