You’ll have everything you need in this residence hall. The common areas have space to relax and study, or enjoy meals in the cafeteria. Plus, that courtyard is perfect for a sunny study break.
We think this apartment is perfect for students of the Complutense and Polytechnic Universities. They're practically right at your doorstep. Plus, for a fun weekend, the city centre is just a stone's throw away.

This is bright room for rent in a large residence hall on Avenida de la Memoria, Madrid. Enjoy a sunny courtyard, plus spacious common areas like the cafeteria and rec room.
We think this apartment is perfect for students. You're close to campus, and the city centre, for a good balance of work and play. Smokers? You can indulge in the comfort of your bedroom.
What we liked the most
- Chilling out in the rec room — watch a movie and get to know the other residents.
- Taking a break out in the courtyard — get your daily dose of vitamin D as you relax.
- Walking out to class — say goodbye to long commutes and hello to relaxing strolls.
