Rooms for rent in an immaculate residence hall located in San Leonardo street, right in the center of Madrid. Take advantage of living in this convenient location within walking distance to the iconic Gran Via, Plaza de España and a great range of shops, bars and restaurants. This area is also served by several bus lines and there is a metro station three minutes away from the residence hall, so getting around the city will be easy! There are two types of rooms available for rent - basic or comfort. Both types are well-equipped and modern, including a single bed, a desk, a wardrobe and windows. The difference is that basic rooms are a bit smaller and interior, and comfort rooms are larger and exterior.

These rooms have a total area of 9 m2 and are equipped with a single bed, a wardrobe and a desk with a chair. Some have windows overlooking an interior patio and others are exterior with street views. All of the rooms have en-suite bathrooms.

What we liked the most
- This residence hall is truly amazing. Both the bedrooms and common areas are brand new and equipped with modern furniture and accessories.
- All bedrooms come with their own en-suite bathroom, so you won't have to wait in line to have a shower.
- There is a fully equipped kitchen so you can save some money by cooking your own meals. Alternatively you can hire the handy in-house catering service.
- Each room gets their own storage locker in the kitchen to store food items.
- There is a large dining/living area equipped with round dining tables and sofas, perfect for hanging out with your roommates.
Things to keep in mind
If your booking is shorter than 2 months, the security deposit will be only 150€, if not, it'll be the one established in the listing!
