Furnished exterior room for rent of 35 m2 with bathroom inside the room, in a flat in José Ortega y Gasset street in Madrid, Salamanca neighbourhood. Services: room with TV, central heating/air conditioning, Wifi connection, 2 built-in wardrobes and small terrace. Bed linen and towels available Cleaning once a week Shared use of a large kitchen 20m2 and office very well equipped: appliances and utensils induction cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, ironing board etc.. - Excellent bus/metro connections -The building has a 24 hour doorman. - Only the owner lives in the flat. Minimum stay: 3 months and/or to be agreed. Signing of private contract to be terminated by mutual agreement.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
