55 m2 refurbished flat very close to the Carlos III University of Getafe. It has 4 rooms of different prices, bathroom, living room and kitchen. It has electric heating. 10 minutes from the train station Las Margaritas which is only 25 minutes from Atocha Renfe and 30 minutes from Sol station. Perfect for students and workers.

It must be paid by bank transfer before check-in, together with the first month’s utilities.
The deposit will be returned within 4 to 6 weeks after the end of the contract, once all utility costs and the condition of the property have been checked.
