NOVEDAD, CAMA GRANDE RECIEN PUESTA!. A todos lo que vienen a este piso, les encanta, por la zona y por la luz que tiene todo el piso, sobre todo las habitaciones, ya que todas son exteriores. En pleno Malasaña, pero muy tranquilo ya que da a la plaza de las Comendadoras. La mayoria suele estar de varios meses para arriba, pero muchos han estado varios años. Se puede ir caminando por todo el centro, ya que todo esta muy cerca: Gran Via, Plaza España, Palacio Real, Ciudad Universitaria, ICADE, Nebrija....... es una zona muy agadable y tambien de gente joven. Incluye limpieza de zonas comunes, no de la habitacion privada.
