4 Rooms Women only are to rent in a large, 120m2 apartment with a balcony in Sol, the very centre of Madrid. This apartment boasts a spacious living room and a luminous dining room – the perfect places to relax and spend time with housemates. The kitchen is fully furnished with modern appliances and plenty of storage space.
It would be difficult to find a more central part of the city, or even the country, as Sol is kilometre zero of the whole of Spain. In this neighbourhood, tenants will have their pick of Madrid's best bars, restaurants, cafés and museums. This property is extremely well-connected to other areas of Madrid, as it is sandwiched in between Sol, Gran Vía and Sevilla metro stations.

Bedroom 3 is equipped with a single bed and a heating unit for warmth. This room also has a desk for studying or working from home. Tenants can store their belongings in the standalone wardrobe that is provided.
