There are 8 sunny bedrooms to rent in this spacious and recently renovated apartment, in the heart of Madrid. There is never a dull moment in La Latina, which is within easy walking distance of much of the city center. You will find many bars and restaurants, as well as markets and the enormous Casa de Campo park close by.
The apartment is newly and fully furnished and features parquet floors throughout. It had two full bathrooms and a living room with a flatscreen television and dining table for 6. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, two refrigerators, washing machine, and small appliances.
Room description
Bedroom 2 is a sunny bedroom that features a double bed, bedside table, standalone wardrobe, and a desk. It has a heating unit, independent key, and a floor to ceiling window with a small balcony facing the street.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has been recently renovated.
- Almost all of the bedrooms have large windows with balconies facing the street.
- This is one of the most vibrant, convenient and fun neighborhoods in Madrid.
- The apartment has great amenities including an oven, washing machine and Wi-Fi.
