Brand new apartment which has been fully refurbished. The flat has four rooms, all of them with a lot of natural light. To be rented for one person, couples and pets are not permitted.
Excellent location close to metro stop “San Cristobal” (line three) which connects directly with city center. Nearby there are several buses that get to LEGAZPI (center) and ATOCHA. It’s very close to train station “San Cristobal de Los Angeles”. Basically, the flat is well connected with southern part of Madrid and city center.
