The building is distributed as follows:
- In the basement, laundry, games room and chill-out.
- On the ground floor, shared kitchen, TV room and two bathrooms.
- Floors 1 to 3 have 11 rooms per floor, with shared bathrooms.
- On the rooftop, enjoy the Rooftop with barbecue and solarium.
