- Rooftop with stunning views of the Almudena Cathedral and the Royal Palace, perfect for barbecues and relaxing in the sun.
The building is distributed as follows:
- In the basement, laundry, games room and chill-out.
- On the ground floor, shared kitchen, TV room and two bathrooms.
- Floors 1 to 3 have 11 rooms per floor, with shared bathrooms.
- On the rooftop, enjoy the Rooftop with barbecue and solarium.
We also have a weekly cleaning service for the common areas and a fortnightly cleaning of the rooms, including a change of sheets, to ensure that you always have a clean and comfortable space.
