Rooms for rent in a Coliving on Calle Del Petirrojo. Located a few metres from the Gómez Ulla Hospital, this coliving is the ideal home for students and professionals who are looking for more than just a room, but a place to socialise and grow. The building is divided into 4 floors and a basement:
- On the basement floor, you will enjoy a gym, games room (table tennis, table football and darts) and cinema.
- The ground floor has an entrance hall, shared kitchen, dining room, chill-out area, coworking, living room with TV and laundry.
- Floors 1, 2 and 3 have 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms per floor, and floor 4 has 4 en-suite bedrooms with private bathrooms. This bedroom is on the 1st floor.
The rooms are fully equipped with double bed, wardrobe, desk and heating. Everything is designed for your comfort.We also have a weekly cleaning service for the common areas and a fortnightly cleaning of the rooms, including a change of sheets, to ensure that you always have a clean and comfortable space.
