The coliving has a large terrace for common use, perfect to enjoy all year round, along with bright common spaces that create a relaxed atmosphere perfect for socialising. Its excellent distribution and the large amount of natural light make it the ideal home for those looking for comfort and quality of life. The property is on the 2nd floor of a building without an elevator.
We also have a weekly cleaning service for the common areas and a fortnightly cleaning of the rooms, including a change of bed linen, to ensure that you always have a clean and comfortable space.
