With 170 m² of professional design and excellent natural light, this space is designed to provide you with a comfortable and functional environment. You will share the flat with 9 roommates in a perfect environment for living and socialising, with no fees and all expenses included. The property is on the third floor of a building with elevator.
The cohousing has 10 spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and desk. Residents share 4 full bathrooms and a fully equipped open plan kitchen with modern appliances and basic kitchenware. You will also have access to a laundry and storage area.
We also have a weekly cleaning service for the common areas and a fortnightly cleaning of the bedrooms, including a change of bed linen, to ensure that you always have a clean and comfortable space.
