El mobiliario se completa con un armario —en cuyo interior incluye una barra para las perchas— ventilador de techo con mando a distancia y calefacción por eléctrica, la cama de ancho de 1,35 m. La vivienda cuenta con las siguientes zonas comunes: una amplia cocina con barra para desayunar o almorzar, equipada con electrodomésticos: vitrocerámica, campana, microondas y frigorífico. Cada habitación tiene un menaje propio (cubertería completa de uso exclusivo para cada huésped).
