This 140 m², 4-bedroom apartment has spacious rooms for rent – perfect for students or professionals. The apartment's bedrooms are in a different corridor than the shared area, which will make sure you get your privacy and some peace and quiet. The living room has large windows to let in the natural light and a wall covered in mirrors, making it seem bigger. There is a huge kitchen with plenty of cabinet space for each roommate and the island table makes it a perfect place to eat meals and chat. There is 1 full bathroom to share and 1 en-suite bathroom.
The apartment is in a brilliant location within easy walking distance to Moncloa, Argüelles, Chamberí and Malasaña.

What we liked the most
- There are built-in wardrobes in the corridors for extra storage.
- Bedroom 2 has its own en-suite bathroom.
- The living room is furnished with 2 comfortable couches, a coffee table, a lot of built-in shelving, storage, a glass dining table, and a TV.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, stove, oven, an island dining table, and a lot of cabinets space for each individual roommate.
- There is a renovated bathroom to share with a bathtub.
- The apartment is well-connected to the city by metro and bus and is also near Pontificia Comillas University.
