A room is available to rent in this lovely 3-bedroom family apartment shared with the live-in landlords and their teenage child. The apartment is spacious, with a large living room and a very well-equipped kitchen, including an oven and dishwasher which you will have full access to. There are 2 large balconies, one with a seating area. You will have sole use of a bathroom with a shower over the bathtub. There is also access to 2 pools.
The apartment is in the on the edge of Fuencarral-El-Pardo district. The location is close to Ciudad Universitaria, which is within a 30-minute walk, or just a couple of stops away on the metro. The area is mostly residential, but has good transport areas to central Madrid, and there are a few shops and restaurants dotted around.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is very modern and well furnished, and you will have access to a very well-equipped kitchen.
- We love the large seating area on the balcony; a great place to relax in an evening.
- You will have access to 2 swimming pools shared with other apartments.
- Access to Ciudad Universitaria is quick and easy, ideal for students.

This room has views from the window across the kitchen balcony to the large courtyard between the building.
