The property is located in Acacias, which is well-connected to the rest of the city via metro lines 3 and 5, as well as Cercanías services. The Madrid Río park, a great place to go cycling or rollerblading, is within easy walking distance. You can also easily walk to the Lavapiés, La Latina and Sol areas of the city.
