Habitación muy luminosa, con derecho a usar la cocina. El.pudo está situado en frente del pirulo, al lado del retiro, del Parque de la fuente del Berro y Parque Márques de Lozoya. Bien comunicado, metro de O'donnell y Sainz de Baranda, muchas líneas de autobuses, cerca de Goya, la Puerta de Alcalá, anuel Becerra, winzi, etc todo muy céntrico.

A spacious room is available to rent to a female postgraduate student or professional near the park in central Retiro, Madrid. The apartment is very spacious and has lots of natural light, and there is plenty of room to sit and spend time with roommates. The kitchen has everything tenants might need, including a microwave oven, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a stove. The room for rent is also very bright, and it has a large built-in closet with a gorgeous mirror. There are views of trees and greenery from the bedroom window. The shared bathroom is modern and practical, and it has lots of storage space for your bathroom essentials. During summer, tenants have access to a pool.
The Retiro neighborhood is one of the most sought-after places to live in Madrid. Quiet and full of greenery, Retiro is a tranquil and relaxing part of busy Madrid. Residents can find many fantastic restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops in the area. Retiro is also very well-connected, and residents can reach the main city center in approximately 15-20 minutes.
