This large 140 m², 9-bedroom apartment has been recently renovated and offers a range of individual rooms to rent. Shared amenities include 2 bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen and living area with all you need to cook, a washing machine and television.
The apartment is located right by Lavapiés square, one of the best places to live in Madrid. You will find everything you need within walking distance, and you can also walk to some of the city's main attractions such as Puerta del Sol and Retiro Park.
