  • The apartment is very modern with stylish furniture and a brand new kitchen.
  • There are 2 refrigerators, so each roommate has enough space for food.
  • The living room is very cozy and comes with a TV.
  • Each room comes with its own private key and even the interior room receive plenty of natural light.
  • Lavapiés is known for its international restaurants, so if you love to eat, you'll have plenty of options!
  • The metro stop is only 1 minute from the apartment.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no elevator in the building, but the apartment is only on the 2nd floor.
