- Bed linen and towels are NOT included. Tenants must provide their own. The mattress is only supplied with the mattress cover, which cost 10€, to be paid upon check in.
- Remember that Security Deposit must be paid before the check in day
Monthly payment of €120 includes: cleaning of common areas every 15 days, maintenance visits, flat manager service, Wi Fi, water supply and electricity supply up to a monthly consumption €35 per room (if this consumption is exceeded, the excess must be paid).

Check-in/Bookings:
- Bookings closed during weekends: If the booking is closed during the weekend, the earliest check-in would be on the following Monday at 16:00.
- Bookings with check in on the same day: If the booking is confirmed after 16:00, the earliest check-in would be the next day at 16:00.
