La habitación que ofrezco tiene como unos 8m2, la puerta dispone de cerradura con llave, cerca de la habitación hay muchos comercios, La comunicación con el resto de la ciudad es muy buena disponiendo de parada de autobuses muy cerca de las líneas , también está cerca la parada de metro de García Noblejas.
