Rooms are available to rent in a 4-bedroom apartment in Lavapiés. All of the furnishings are brand new, and the decor is rather stylish - we particularly like the wooden floors. Shared areas include a spacious main living area with a kitchen, sofas and dining table, and a shiny new bathroom.
The apartment is located on Calle Valencia in the trendy neighborhood of Lavapiés. Just a 5-minute walk from the apartment you have the Mercado San Fernando, an art gallery, and a Carrefour supermarket. Not only are you surrounded by shops, you are also just 1 minute away from the Lavapiés metro stop.

Bedroom 3 has been freshly renovated and has modern decor. It is a single room.
What we liked the most
- When we visited, everything was brand new!
- We love the dark wooden floors.
- The living area looks like a great place to hang out with your flatmates.
- Lavapiés is really trendy, with lots of bars. It's really well connected to other areas, too.
