The single-bed and double-bed rooms are separated down 2 long corridors and also have a key for privacy. There is an open-plan kitchen and living room and 2 full bathrooms to share.
Lavapiés is a popular neighborhood in Madrid, known for its lively atmosphere and international restaurants. You are a few seconds' walk to the metro and 15 minutes away from the Atocha train station – great for traveling!
Important: This landlord has taken 1 rooms out of service on this floor to maintain the safe distance and a good coexistence. There are 9 rooms in the flat but just 8 for rent
