ºSe entrega a cada estudiante ropa de cama. ºLimpieza semanal de las zonas comunes. ºRetirada y reposición de sábanas cada 15 días. ºWifi de alta velocidad y potenciadores en toda la casa, enchufes con puerto USB en varios puntos de la casa. ºOpcional: Servicio de lavandería. ºLa casa cuenta con lavadora propia.
Puedes disfrutar a de su inmejorable ubicación, en la avenida La Albufera (Vía principal), junto a la estación del metro Nueva Numancia línea 1(L. AZUL) y varias líneas de autobuses, a 7 minutos de la estación de Atocha y a 10 minutos de la Puerta del Sol, a 12 min en Metro al Campus Sur de la UPM, 30 min en Metro y 10 min en coche a Ciudad Universitaria. - When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment

Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
