Bienvenidos a la casa de estudiantes “La Albufera”
ºSe entrega a cada estudiante ropa de cama. ºLimpieza semanal de las zonas comunes. ºRetirada y reposición de sábanas cada 15 días. ºWifi de alta velocidad y potenciadores en toda la casa, enchufes con puerto USB en varios puntos de la casa. ºOpcional: Servicio de lavandería. ºLa casa cuenta con lavadora propia.
Puedes disfrutar a de su inmejorable ubicación, en la avenida La Albufera (Vía principal), junto a la estación del metro Nueva Numancia línea 1(L. AZUL) y varias líneas de autobuses, a 7 minutos de la estación de Atocha y a 10 minutos de la Puerta del Sol, a 12 min en Metro al Campus Sur de la UPM, 30 min en Metro y 10 min en coche a Ciudad Universitaria. Disfruta de esta acogedora estancia, en un ambiente exclusivo para estudiantes universitarios, con una excelente convivencia.

Bienvenidos a la casa de estudiantes “La Albufera” Estupenda habitación privada en alojamiento de estudiantes reformado en 2022. Alquilamos esta habitación privada, perfectamente acondicionada y con iluminación natural, con una superficie aproximada de 12m2. Para las horas de estudio, cuenta con un escritorio cómodo con flexo, cajones y un espacio de almacenaje, y una silla de conferencia. El mobiliario se completa con un armario de 1,05m —en cuyo interior incluye una barra para las perchas—, una mesilla de noche y lámpara de techo, la cama de ancho 1.35 m. Se ha equipado adicionalmente con enchufes con puerto USB, ventilador de techo con mando a distancia y calefacción por gas natural. La habitación cuenta con una terraza privada, nevera propia en la habitación, mesa de exterior y silla para disfrutar de las vistas, leer un libro o simplemente distraerte observando la vida que ofrece el barrio y su avenida principal.
La vivienda cuenta con las siguientes zonas comunes: * Una amplia cocina con barra para desayunar o almorzar, equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos: vitrocerámica, campana, microondas y frigorífico. Cada estudiante tiene una alacena individualizada, con menaje propio (cubertería completa de uso exclusivo para cada huésped). Este espacio es multifuncional, permite asimismo realizar tus labores de estudio cotidianas (clases online, etc). * 2 baños completos, de cómodo acceso desde cualquier habitación y dotados de excelentes calidades.
