The flat has been recently refurbished, it is very spacious about one hundred twenty Sqm. There are two rooms with small private balconies. The flat benefits from two bathrooms with showers. Thus the ratio between rooms (in total five) and bathrooms is perfect. The location is absolutely excellent, located in the most exclusive neighborhood called CHAMBERI, within Almagro area. Nearby, there are tons of trendy restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. It is very close to many Universities.
