70 m², 4-bedroom apartment with AC in El Viso. The corridors don't have a lot of natural light, but each bedroom is bright, large and comfortable! The fully equipped kitchen is sizeable and filled with sunlight, and it has a large table for you to sit around with your housemates. There are 2 clean and complete bathrooms.
This apartment is on Calle Nieremberg in El Viso, part of Madrid's Chamartín neighbourhood. You will be living in a busy, commercial area where there are plenty of places to drink, dine, shop and socialise. To reach other parts of Madrid, you can walk to Alfonso XIII metro station which is 5 minutes away.
