El apartamento está en una segunda planta, está completamente reformado y todo es nuevo. cocina espaciosa, hay lavadora y secadora, lavavajillas, la habitación es espaciosa, con aire acondicionado y tiene un closet bastante amplio, la cama es súper cómoda y completamente nueva también. Es un ambiente silencioso y justo para convivir con tranquilidad. la otra persona que vive en el apartamento no pasa tiempo allí, lo cual es muy tranquilo en todo el día.
El barrio es super completo, La Parada del bus esta en frente del portal del edificio y a 10 min esta la Estacion del Metro Linea 1 Sierra de Guadalupe, tiene todos los servicios cerca. Supermercados, farmacias,Restaurantes, Bares,Gimnasios, Parques, en fin es una zona muy céntrica y completa.
