¡TODOS LOS GASTOS INCLUIDOS! Se alquila habitación exterior totalmente equipada para JUNIO Y AGOSTO, (solo esos meses). Tiene cama doble, dos armarios de gran capacidad, escritorio y silla de estudio, balcón espacioso donde tomar el sol y un burro/perchero para ropa.
El piso cuenta con cocina espaciosa y totalmente equipada y dos baños. Vienen a limpiar una vez a la semana el piso (no las habitaciones), y TODOS LOS GASTOS ESTÁN INCLUIDOS (agua, luz, gas... ).
El piso está en una zona totalmente céntrica a diez minutos andando de la Gran Vía y con todo tipo de transportes públicos. Se pide un mes de fianza.
