En cuanto a las zonas comunes, la vivienda cuenta con una amplia cocina, amueblada y equipada con todos los electrodomésticos (frigorífico, vitrocerámica, lavadora, nevera, microondas), y el menaje necesario (cacerolas, sartenes, cubertería y cristalería) Asimismo, la propiedad cuenta con dos baños completos. Capital Rooms realiza dos limpiezas mensuales de las zonas comunes de este piso. Con respecto a la ubicación de esta vivienda, se enmarca en una zona privilegiada, y por tanto provista de todo tipo de servicios: pequeño comercio, restauración, bancos, centro de salud y farmacias, biblioteca nacional. Esta calle está a sólo 5 minutos a pie de la estación de renfe El Pozo, donde se distribuyen muchas líneas (C-2, C-7 y C-8 de cercanías de Madrid) a 18 minutos de la puerta de Atocha, a 30 minutos de la puerta del Sol y con una excelente comunicación con el extra radio (M31/M40) La zona, además, cuenta con el paso de varias líneas de autobús en las proximidades.
