La habitación es luminosa y está perfectamente equipada, con los siguientes complementos: 1 cama de 1,05 m con almohadas, juego de sábanas y edredón, armario empotrado, escritorio con silla y lampara para tus horas de estudio, calefacción por gas natural. Servicio de limpieza de áreas comunes 2 veces al mes.
En cuanto a las zonas comunes, la vivienda cuenta con una amplia cocina, amueblada y equipada con todos los electrodomésticos (frigorífico, vitrocerámica, lavadora, microondas) y el menaje necesario (cacerolas, sartenes, cubertería y cristalería). Asimismo, la propiedad cuenta con un baño y un aseo.
Con respecto a la ubicación de esta vivienda, la calle Castillo de Aza se enmarca en una zona privilegiada, y por tanto provista de todo tipo de servicios: pequeño comercio, restauración, bancos, centro de salud y farmacias, etc. El piso se encuentra a solo 2 minutos de la autovía de Valencia (vía principal), al lado se encuentra la estación de la Renfe de Santa Eugenia y varias líneas de autobús incluyendo la 145 que es via directa al C.C La Gavia, a 7 minutos de la estación de Puerta de Atocha y a 10 minutos de la Puerta del Sol, a 12 min en Metro al campus sur de la UPM, 30 min en Metro y 10 min en coche a la ciudad universitaria, y a pocos minutos a pie de CEIP Ciudad De Valencia y IES Santa Eugenia piso muy acogedor, excelente convivencia. La zona, además, goza de varias líneas de autobús en las proximidades.
