There is also a kitchen equipped with refrigerators, microwaves, several ceramic cooktops, plenty of storage space, and two dining tables in interconnected spaces. Additionally, there is a laundry area on this floor. Rooms 1 to 9 are located on this floor.
• Second floor: Rooms 10 to 20 are located on this floor. Three of these rooms stand out for their private terraces: room 17 has a small terrace, while rooms 19 and 20 feature large private terraces.

All bedrooms are equipped with a bed, chair, large desk, small refrigerator, and wardrobe.
