Con respecto a la ubicación de esta vivienda. La Av de la Albufera se enmarca en una zona privilegiada, y por tanto provista de todo tipo de servicios: pequeño comercio, restauración, bancos, centro de salud y farmacias, etc. El piso se encuentra sobre la propia Avenida con entrada (a pie de calle) 1 min andando de la estación de metro Portazgo (línea 1), a 10 minutos del intercambiador de Atocha y Méndez Álvaro, a 15 minutos de Sol y Gran Vía. La zona, además, goza de varias líneas de autobús en las proximidades. Todas las habitaciones incluyen conexión wifi por fibra de alta velocidad.
En cuanto a las zonas comunes, la vivienda cuenta con una amplia cocina, amueblada y equipada con todos los electrodomésticos (frigorífico, vitrocerámica, lavadora, microondas, horno) y el menaje necesario (cacerolas, sartenes, cubertería y cristalería) y Baño con plato de ducha.
Se realizan dos limpiezas mensuales de las zonas comunes de este piso.
