The apartment will be shared by three people at maximum.
Very bright rooms, with key for your privacy and storage. The property is delivered fully furnished and ready to move into. Silence reigns in the house. A few meters from the Metro stop, Cercanías, and one of the most important transport interchanges in Madrid with 16 day and 3 night bus lines. Opposite the shopping centre with hypermarket, gym, bars, theatre, music, ballet. Surrounded by green areas, sports facilities, fountains and library. 13 minutes from the amusement park, 25 cinemas, and the Madrid Zoo. On the 11th floor, with spectacular views of the mountains and almost the city of Madrid and its skyscrapers. I am looking for a clean, tidy and
respectful with others. NO SMOKING, VAPING OR PETS ALLOWED.
