Piso ubicado en calle del Doctor Espina a 150 mts de línea 5 y 6 de metro. Piso exterior con mucha luz natural en finca silenciosa. Barrio seguro con múltiples servicios (banco, mercados, farmacias,etc).
Actualmente vivimos dos chicas. Trabajamos y estudiamos . Buscamos una mujer estudiante tranquila y silenciosa para compartir piso.
La habitación disponible será uso exclusivo de la inquilina. La misma cuenta con una cama de 0,90 cts, escritorio, mesa de noche y armario. Se le proporcionará ropa de cama además de, toallas durante su estancia y permanencia en la casa. La cocina, baño y salón son espacios de uso común entre los habitantes del piso.
Se firmará un contrato entre arrendador y arrendatario dejando claras las normas de convivencia básica estando prohibidas las visitas con pernoctas en la vivienda. En el caso de querer dejar la habitación por motivos personales tanto del arrendador como del arrendatario se deberá de anunciar a la otra parte con un plazo mínimo de un mes de antelación.
A solo 2 paradas de Madrid Río y 5 de La Latina. ¡Perfecto para estudiar y disfrutar de Madrid!
