El mobiliario se completa con un armario—en cuyo interior incluye una barra para las perchas—, una mesilla de noche y lámpara de techo, cama doble, ventilador de techo con mando a distancia y calefacción eléctrica.
La vivienda cuenta con barra para desayunar o almorzar, equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos: vitrocerámica, campana, microondas y frigorífico. Cada habitación tiene una alacena individualizada, con menaje propio (cubertería completa de uso exclusivo para cada huésped).
