Capital Rooms alquila esta fantástica habitación en piso compartido, ubicada en la calle de Membezar 29, que pertenece al madrileño distrito de Entrevías. Todas las habitaciones incluyen conexión Wifi por fibra de alta velocidad. En cuanto a las zonas comunes, la vivienda cuenta con una amplia cocina, amueblada y equipada con todos los electrodomésticos (frigorífico, vitrocerámica, lavadora, nevera, microondas), y el menaje necesario (cacerolas, sartenes, cubertería y cristalería) Asimismo, la propiedad cuenta con dos baños completos. Capital Rooms realiza dos limpiezas mensuales de las zonas comunes de este piso. Con respecto a la ubicación de esta vivienda, se enmarca en una zona privilegiada, y por tanto provista de todo tipo de servicios: pequeño comercio, restauración, bancos, centro de salud y farmacias, biblioteca nacional. Esta calle está a sólo 5 minutos a pie de la estación de renfe El Pozo, donde se distribuyen muchas líneas (C-2, C-7 y C-8 de cercanías de Madrid) a 18 minutos de la puerta de Atocha, a 30 minutos de la puerta del Sol y con una excelente comunicación con el extra radio (M31/M40) La zona, además, cuenta con el paso de varias líneas de autobús en las proximidades.
