Se alquilan habitaciones en un piso compartido ubicado en la Av. de Entrevías, 98, en el distrito de Puente de Vallecas. Esta es una excelente opción para estudiantes, profesionales o personas que busquen un espacio cómodo, funcional y bien comunicado en Madrid. Las habitaciones son luminosas, acogedoras y completamente amuebladas, con baño privado todas. El piso cuenta con una cocina equipada, conexión Wi-Fi y áreas comunes bien distribuidas.
La zona destaca por su la cercanía a todos los servicios esenciales, como supermercados, tiendas locales, farmacias, restaurantes y gimnasios. Además, podrás disfrutar de espacios verdes como el Parque Lineal del Manzanares y el Parque Forestal de Entrevías, perfectos para pasear o practicar deporte.
En cuanto a transporte, el piso está muy bien comunicado: la estación de Renfe Cercanías Entrevías-Asamblea (líneas C-2 y C-7) se encuentra a solo 8 minutos a pie y el El Pozo, que te lleva hasta atocha y de allí la estación de metro (Línea 1) que conecta rápidamente con el centro de Madrid.
