Busco compañero o compañera de piso, para compartir, un ático espectacular con una terraza fantástica, repleta de plantas.
En el barrio de Chamberí, uno de los mejores lugares para vivir de Madrid.
Es una zona céntrica de Madrid, con mucho comercio tradicional, buenas comunicaciones, barrios interesantes como Malasaña o Chueca muy cerca.
El ático, es muy luminoso, tranquilo y bonito.
Soy de Granada, por lo que no suelo estar mucho en el piso.
Llevo compartiendo piso en Madrid muchos años, soy respetuosa y de fácil convivencia.
Busco una persona de larga estancia
Los gastos de agua y luz son unos 40€, internet 10 € al mes.
La señora de la limpieza, Adriana, viene una vez por semana 2 horas, le pagamos 20€, 10 €cada uno.
El depósito de la fianza es un mes de alquiler.
