Your central, connected and affordable home
Want to live near the city centre? But you don’t want to pay the price?
Acacias is for you.
It’s a traditional, working-class neighbourhood. You have lots of parks, monuments and history to enjoy. You can also find the Carlos III University campus here.
Acacias: all the adventure of Madrid; a quiet place for you to call home.
What can I do here?
Attend class at Carlos III University.
Explore Madrid’s winding, Castilian city centre. Admire the architecture of the Puerta de Toledo and Puente de Toledo. Take photos. Oh, the photos.
It’s a short walk to La Latina. Lose yourself in its neon nightlife. On Sundays the huge El Rastro market is held here. It’s a good place to buy the odd, the strange and the exotic.
Acacias was once the centre of a plan to improve trade by connecting the Manzanares River with the sea. Ambitious.
