There are rooms for rent in this chic 6-bedroom apartment covering a generous 220 m² on Calle del Marqués de Urquijo. This stunning apartment has a large living room and modern kitchen, with all the essential appliances including TV, dishwasher and oven as well as washing machine and dryer. Each room has its own private ensuite bathroom, with toilet, sink and shower.
This apartment is opposite Oeste Park, which is the perfect place to relax in the summer sun. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, including a supermarket. This apartment is close to the centre of Madrid, and many of the cultural attractions including the Real Monasterio de la Encarnación, and Plaza de Oriente are within a half hour walk.
What we liked the most
- The spacious living room is a great place to relax, and watch TV with your flatmates.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- Netflix is also included in the rent.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- This apartment is beautifully decorated with pops of colour throughout, and modern furnishings.
Things to keep in mind
- Some of the rooms are interior rooms, including the living room, and do not get a lot of natural light.
